Idea & co.Design

A good idea is the basis of a good product We at Cad Work and Flow Service know how to develop ideas, starting from your needs. Our philosophy of work involves a relationship of co.design, where our experience in the engineering of a product can meet your study forms thus obtaining a strong synergistic relationship.

 

Reverse Engineering

A different approach to the design is where the piece has already exists or if there is a physical model. In our laboratories is possible to recover the shape of an existing object through a process of Reverse Engineering. Thanks to this you can get the geometry of the artifact and the possibility to make changes to it.

 

Engineering

With the term Engineering we mean the ability to make the mechanisms work and that the objects studied can be carried out and assembled. In these years of work we have accepted many challenges, and we never disappointed the expectations that the companies have placed in us. The individual experience, gained during the study of different projects allow us to operate smoothly in various fields: household appliances, houseware, furniture, automotive, medical, technical articles, etc.

 

Mold Design

The design of a highly efficient mold is essential for the success of a production. All phases of design, from concept to testing are in fact aimed at obtaining mold functional and reliable over time. Our expertise allows us to design complex molds, also articulated mechanism. Cad Work and Flow Service are now able to design molds for high pressure die casting with alloy of zinc or aluminum, thermoplastic and thermoset injection molding, etc.

 

CAD-CAM projects

The geometry generated by CAD-CAM programming, takes place with the superintendency of people with years of experience in CNC milling. The software used for tool path generation are able to optimize the processing of the workpiece and verify the implementation through a simulation process.

 

Production Consulting

The technicians of Cad Work and Flow Service are able to support the staff of production department, providing assistance in monitoring and verification of the finished products.

 

Checking and Measurement

Thanks to our instruments we are able to provide a geometric characterization with 3D (CTR) or 2D (measurement report) also of complex parts. Verification of tolerances of an object allows us to offer what we call “product certification”.
